Materials and Methods:

Shaped aluminum sign cabinet with exposed neon tiger graphic on 12-degree, wedge-shaped support frame. The 50.8- x 50.8- x 4.8-mm (2 x 2 x 0.18-in.) wedge-shaped aluminum angle support bracket with 12-degree angled front face. Fastened to brick wall with 12.7-mm (0.5-in.) stainless steel through bolts and compression plates (X7), supplemented with 12.7- x 152.4-mm (0.5- x 6-in.) sleeve anchors along left side (X4), 2.03-mm (0.080-in.) aluminum cladding skin on top left, and the bottom painted satin black. A 2.03-mm (0.080-in.) tiger-shaped aluminum cabinet skin painted satin black with notched aluminum angle edge connector. Removable access hatches around perimeter for sign installation and electrical service. (Installed wedge bracket to brick wall before mounting tiger-shaped cabinet). Internal 25.4- x 25.4- x 3.18-mm (1- x 1- x 0.125-in.) square tube, aluminum cabinet frame with 38.1- x 38.1- 4.76-mm (1.5- x 1.5- x 0.18-in.) horizontal steel angle connectors, to line up with aluminum angle wedge bracket rails. Fastened with 9.53-mm (0.375-in.) bolts and lock nuts. (Access through side hatches). A 10-mm (0.4-in.) classic gold, tangerine, and designer white neon tiger graphic on 44.45-mm (1.75-in.) glass standoff supports. Internal 30 milliamperes (mA) neon transformers with ground fault protection (4-5 units). 120-volt, 15-ampere power feed on disconnect switch.
