Access Signs dedicates a portion of their proceeds to local food banks and animal shelters. Aside from donating funds, the team volunteers their time with local animal shelters. The company’s employees sit on a number of boards, including president of the Quebec Sign Association; board director of the National Sign Association; and board director of Graphi-Competences, an association dedicated to raising awareness of the industry through government-funded initiatives in job fairs and school events. Access Signs also provides in-person and online safety training for all shop and installation crews, as well as an education stipend for office staff to choose training they think would benefit their career, including language courses, sales, brainstorming and one-on-one sessions.
