Lettering and ‘light sabre’ elements composed of 25-mm (1-in.) acrylic with black, milled-out 13-mm (0.5-in.) polyvinyl chloride (PVC) backer and light-emitting diode (LED) modules for an overall thickness of 32.5 mm (1.28 in.) All low-volt wiring came out of the wall panel and the sign was attached using re-closeable fasteners to avoid excessive drilling. Power supplies were remote in the drop ceiling located inside the store.
