Materials and Methods:
The sign is fabricated using 13.6 kg (30 lbs) precision board plus high density urethane (HDU), which is laminated over a powder-coated steel frame. The chicken is hand sculpted using sculpting epoxy. Brackets are powder-coated plasma cut steel.
