The Canada Summer Games Host Society wanted to donate a keepsake to Winnipeg and decided upon a 2.4-m (8-ft) high colour-changing channel letter sign that was installed at the city’s most popular tourist destination—The Forks. All of the work for this sign was performed in-house, from welding to painting and everything in between.
