Materials and Methods:
Multiple panel sign donor wall with cutout letters. Donor panels are digital print on optically clear vinyl applied on second surface of 6.35-mm (0.25-in.) thick clear acrylic with polished edges to produce a translucent colour effect. Donor names on panels are digital print with white ink. Spacers for donor panels are of varying lengths: 25.4, 19, and 12.7 mm (1, 0.75, and 0.5 in.). Decorative panels are painted 6.35-mm (0.25-in.) thick medium-density fibreboard (MDF). Cutout letters are 6.35-mm (0.25-in.) thick black polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with Octolux Laminate face. Overall size: 3.09 x 1.56 m (5.12 ft).
